When returning items, postage is at your cost and we recommend you use a recorded fully insured method such as Special Delivery from the Post Office. It is important that items are returned in perfect condition so please take care of them and pack them appropriately. Please also include your name, address and telephone number with you returned item.
Once we receive your item we will phone you within 48 hours to let know your item has been received. If your item is being returned for an exchange, the replacement item(s) will be sent out immediately. In th eunlikely event of the replacement item being no longer available, we will let you know and offer an alternative or arrange for your refund.
