Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. You may cancel your order up to and including the seventh day after receipt.

Placing your Order

To order, simply add a product to your basket and follow the steps given during the checkout procedure. Payment can be made using a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro credit or debit card, ordering an item through our website is completely safe as we use Comodo secure checkout to ensure that all your sensitive information is safe.

Once you have completed your order we will email you a copy of your order receipt.

VAT Exempt Products

This product is a VAT exempt product when purchased for use on a chronic or disabling condition such as arthritis, Osteoarthritis or Sciatica, provided you have suffered with the condition for at least 3 months. Unfortunately VAT relief is not available for short term injuries.

Electrical items - UK Standard Delivery is £6.95 (mainland UK).Royal Mail recorded Delivery

UK Next day Delivery is £9.95 (mainland UK). Please note next day delivery is only guaranteed Mon-Thursday

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.

Returns

When returning an item, please contact us prior to posting your item so that we can provide you with a special return code.

 

Please note: we do not pay return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event that a product you receive is faulty or has been sent to you in error please return a copy of your postal receipt so that we are able to reimburse the postage cost incurred returning the item. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
